Return & Refund Policy

At Dreamlover, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase. If something about your order does not feel right, please contact us—we’ll review your request carefully and work toward a fair resolution.

30-Day Refund Request Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund requests may include concerns about product quality, damage, an incorrect or missing item, fit, color, comfort, or another reasonable reason for dissatisfaction.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at dreamloveronline@gmail.com and include:

Your name and order number
The product involved
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label when relevant

Providing complete information helps us review and resolve your request more quickly. We may contact you if additional details are needed.

Before Sending Anything Back

Because many Dreamlover products are personal-wear accessories, please do not send an item back unless our support team specifically asks you to do so.

Every request is reviewed individually. Once your request is approved, we’ll confirm the resolution and any next steps by email. In most approved cases, we can complete the refund without requiring a return shipment.

Please note that submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Eligibility and Fair Use

To be considered for a refund:

The purchase must have been made through dreamlover.online
The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
A valid order number or other proof of purchase must be provided
The information provided must allow us to reasonably verify the request

For concerns involving fit, color, comfort, or personal preference, please contact us promptly after discovering the issue and avoid continued use of the product.

We may decline requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, intentionally misleading, duplicated, abusive, or related to damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper care, or normal wear and tear. This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging where possible. Please keep the packaging until we have completed our review.

Refunds

We’ll notify you by email when your request has been reviewed.

If approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at dreamloveronline@gmail.com.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges and optional expedited shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or the refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, color, or style, please contact us about your original order. After the request has been reviewed, you may place a separate order for your preferred item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
