Step 1: Make sure the Dreamlover label is on your right side. Align the headband with your hairline and wrap it snugly around your head.

Step 2: Adjust the size with Velcro for a snug fit. Long hair users can bun your hair up before wearing.

Step 3: Fasten the Velcro, then gently adjust the front part for a snug fit on your head.
